Benefits of CJC-1295 without DAC
Increased GH and IGF-1:

It has been shown to increase the levels of GH and IGF-1, potentially leading to an overall increase in GH secretion and IGF-1 production. 

Elevated basal GH levels:

Studies have indicated that it can significantly increase basal, or “trough,” GH levels, which contributes to the overall increase in mean GH secretion. 

Preserved GH pulsatility:

The administration of CJC-1295 does not seem to disrupt the natural pulsatile pattern of GH secretion. 

Comparison with CJC-1295 with DAC
Shorter half-life:
Unlike the DAC version, which has an extended half-life of several days, the version without DAC has a significantly shorter duration of action because it lacks the drug affinity complex that binds to albumin and prolongs its presence in the bloodstream.
More frequent dosing:

Because of its shorter half-life, CJC-1295 without DAC would require more frequent dosing to maintain the desired levels of GH and IGF-1 compared to the DAC version.
